Sankara Eye Hospital is an ISO certified non-profit charitable organization. The hospital is located at Pammal, a muncipality in Kancheepuram District on the outskirts of Chennai City, about 6K.M. from Chennai Airport. Sankara Eye Hospital was established in 1984 for the prevention, control, treatment and relief of human disease-rendering free, subsidized and charitable service to poor, needy, distressed/disabled regardless of their caste, creed religion, or socio-economic status, especially in the rural areas. The hospital provides high quality, cost effective eye care service to everyone.
